We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Data Reporting and Visualization Specialist to manage and present data-driven insights to high-level management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to collect, analyze, and visualize data in a clear and actionable manner. They will play a critical role in driving informed decision-making by creating intuitive reports, dashboards, and presentations.

About the Role

Data Collection and Management: Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain a central repository for departmental data and reports.

Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights relevant to organizational objectives. Perform comparative analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.

Visualization and Reporting: Develop visually engaging and easy-to-understand dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Present data insights and findings to senior management in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and management to ensure alignment in data interpretation.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and visualization (2–5 years preferred). Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (advanced level).

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling.
