UI/UX Designer - Software Products

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on the user experience and interface design for our software products, Cubivue (a Transport Management System) and CubiLock (an Enterprise Mobility Management solution). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for both Cubivue and CubiLock, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing, to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design process.

Skills Required::

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on software products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
