AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Solutions Engineer to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) processes across our organization. In this role, you will spearhead the integration of AI into our existing products and design internal solutions to automate workflows, ensuring faster and more efficient operations. 

As a key part of this position, you will focus on developing AI solutions internally to meet our specific business needs. While leveraging pre-existing AI models is encouraged, all implementations must prioritize confidentiality by running on-premise or within dedicated infrastructure, ensuring that no sensitive data is exposed to external services. 

This is a greenfield opportunity to establish AI practices in a secure, business-driven manner, making a transformative impact across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

AI Integration in Products: 

• Analyze current products and identify opportunities for AI-driven features. 
• Develop and integrate AI solutions tailored to product requirements, ensuring secure and dedicated deployment. 
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement AI capabilities without compromising data security. 

Internal Process Automation: 

• Evaluate internal workflows to identify areas for AI/automation-driven optimization. 
• Design and implement secure AI-powered tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency. 
• Ensure all automation solutions are deployed within a controlled and secure infrastructure. 

AI for Development Optimization: 

• Build or integrate AI tools to automatically generate code for common use cases, reducing developer effort and speeding up the development cycle. 
• Design systems that can review existing codebases, identify potential improvements, and propose changes for optimization, security, or performance enhancements. 
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure AI-generated code adheres to project standards and best practices. 

AI Development and Deployment: 

• Build custom AI/ML models or adapt existing models to meet organizational needs. 
• Deploy solutions on on-premise or dedicated environments to guarantee data confidentiality. 
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine AI solutions to maintain reliability and performance. 

Research & Development: 

• Stay informed about the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques that align with secure deployments. 
• Propose innovative AI-driven ideas for business growth and operational improvement. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to gather requirements and deliver secure AI solutions. 
• Train staff on the usage and benefits of internally deployed AI tools.

Professional Skills:

• Effective communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering secure and scalable solutions. 

Preferred Experience: 

• 3+ years in AI/ML-related roles. 
• Experience implementing AI solutions in controlled, dedicated environments.
