Head of Ecosystem - Web3

We are seeking a visionary Head of Ecosystem to lead strategies aimed at cultivating and expanding a vibrant network of developers, partners, and stakeholders. This role involves working collaboratively across teams to foster engagement, adoption, and value creation within the ecosystem. A strong background in blockchain, particularly layer 2 solutions, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategies to grow the adoption and use of our blockchain platform.
• Identify and onboard strategic partners, ensuring robust support for developers, enterprises, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction within the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with marketing and developer relations teams to develop initiatives that promote growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and hackathons, strengthening community ties.
• Develop and maintain tools, resources, and documentation to empower ecosystem participants.
• Analyze trends and ecosystem metrics, providing insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Act as an advocate for ecosystem needs, ensuring feedback is reflected in product and strategy development.
• Monitor and report ecosystem health and engagement through relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Extensive experience in ecosystem or business development roles, ideally within blockchain or technology sectors.
• Proven success in building ecosystems, with a deep understanding of layer 2 blockchain solutions and the broader Web3 landscape.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of executing successful strategies.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in dynamic environments.
