POSITION: HR CO-ORDINATOR

LOCATION: LONDON

REPORTS TO: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at our Head Office. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner in delivering various HR services to our teams in Parfums Christian Dior and our Back House Functions. You will work across a variety of topics, including onboarding, administrative tasks, employee relations, HR-led initiatives, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new starters, coordinating their onboarding administration, including documentation, IT facilitation, induction plans, and first-day onboarding.
  • Continuously review and maintain HR onboarding processes to align with the LVMH mission, values, and the LVMH Beauty DEIB mission.

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and legal requirements, such as Right to Work.
  • Assist with processing employee contractual changes, promotions, and internal moves in the internal HR system, as well as updating personal employee data.
  • Update monthly organizational charts in line with any people changes.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and HR processes, and work with the Benefits Team to ensure benefits awareness. Facilitate communication post-probation for employees regarding their benefits.
  • Coordinate the probationary review process for all employees and support managers, escalating to the HR Business Partner when necessary.
  • Manage low-level employee relation cases with the support of the HR Business Partner.

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, change of details, and references.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance management materials, including appraisals, feedback forms, and development plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner and HR team on various HR projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

ADHOC Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the deployment of worldwide Parfums Christian Dior initiatives in our local market.
  • Provide support for ADHOC training sessions in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and the Talent Management Team.
