Senior Project Manager – Berlin, Germany

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an international Project Management and Cost Consultancy.

Location: Berlin, Germany

Salary: €65,000 – 75,000

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Berlin focusing on a range of construction and fit-out projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices, commercial etc.

Day-to-day duties could include:

• Manage projects across all phases, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to align project objectives.
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure adherence.
• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks through effective planning and proactive management.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, aligning projects with environmental and social governance goals.

Requirements for the role:

• Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management or similar
• Minimum 4+ years previous professional in Project Monitoring within the German Construction Industry
• German and English fluent – written and spoken (C1 minimum)
