Market Pay is looking for a best of breed Business Analyst who knows how to take complex requirements and translate them into rock-solid solutions.

Your work location will be at our offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your role:

• Collaborating with clients, partners and colleagues to understand and define solution requirements.
• Working on multiple projects (both client-driven and roadmap) connecting our client solutions to some of the world’s largest financial organisations: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, WeChat, and many more.
• Documenting detailed requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Work closely with the business to support their success and long-term vision
• Conducting gap analysis and proposing improvements.Understand the big picture and be advocate of reusability and productisation
• Enable and guide our development and test teams to fully integrate with client-side infrastructure and interfaces. Here a technical mindset is also needed.
• Be a critical part of and drive the success of 3rd party certification programs.
• Suggest product improvements and new features as well as improvements in BA practices and ways of working

Qualifications:

• A bachelor or Masters degree or relevant industry experience

• 3+ years of practical experience working as a business analyst, in a software development organization.

• Client facing experience, ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to understand and define requirements and client needs.

• Significant experience with requirements gathering, analysis, data modelling and understanding complex specifications.

• Be able to carry out several tasks at the same time, flexible at peaks and you do your best to deliver high-quality results on deadlines

• Have a good analytical mind-set and being capable of developing your own views on how to improve our product solutions.

• Experience working with XML, JSON, ISO20022 or ISO8583 interface format.

• Understand and work in harmony with our values of Agility, Commitment, Curiosity, Adaptation & Trust.

• English language fluency

• A Valid work permit for EU

What you can expect from your first 6 months. You will:

• Undergo a comprehensive onboarding program including mandatory security, tools and process training.

• Be invited to attend an in person newcomers workshop (travel may be required).

• Be expected to build relationships within your immediate and remote teams across Europe.

• Be involved in all aspects of our business as a key participant

• Be onboarded onto smaller strategic projects
