Sales Assistant for Finland & Sweden!

Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting our team and customers in Finland and Sweden, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer support for both end-customers and dealers
• Assisting the Sales team with product data management, sales materials, and store setup
• Supporting logistics by coordinating orders and forecasting needs
• Backing up financial processes such as invoicing and account reconciliation
• Assisting in marketing activities like translations, events, and proofreading

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in international customer service
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Finnish and Swedish, and proficient in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Sharp analytical abilities
