We are looking for an Outsystems Frontend Developer!

Mission: We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer specializing in OutSystems to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces in OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders, to build robust, user-friendly web applications.

Responsabilities:

• Discovery Sessions: Lead sessions with internal departments to understand needs, bridging stakeholders and development teams. Propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches.
• Design System Ownership: Take ownership of the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the organization grows. Ensure frontend components follow design principles and drive reusability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key voice in cross-functional teams, offering technical insights to enhance user experience and shaping the product roadmap.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices, ensuring development standards are met.
• Innovation & Research: Lead research and implementation of cutting-edge frontend technologies and low-code tools. Champion innovation through training and workshops.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs efficiently.
• OutSystems Expertise: Utilize OutSystems to build, customize, and optimize frontend components.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and OutSystems best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with 1-3 years working on the OutSystems platform.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems (experience in creating design systems is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally.
• OutSystems certifications (a plus).
• Experience testing and developing OutSystems components.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Good level of english.
