Design Stylist

The Design Stylist is responsible for creating and developing creative concepts and translating them into visual and aesthetic representations.

To do so, you shall possess creativity, artistic skills, and sensitivity to design trends to ensure that the proposed design solutions align with the company's brand positioning and market demands.

This position reports to the Design Quality Manager.

You will:

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to apply insights to design, generate, and develop creative concepts for product imagery.
• Guide the styling process in creating 3D/graphics images that meet high-quality standards, ensuring realistic details, texture, color, and lighting.
• Commercial images for sales channels: A + image, country-specific image (JP style Image) /channel-specific image, Feature image, etc.
• Tone of Voice guideline (Outdoor European General Garden, Scandinavian, Modern, Industry, etc),
• Support on relevant design new investigation projects such as AI, AR.

You have:

• Knowledge about the European Tone of Voce (Outdoor European General Garden, Scandinavian, Modern, Industry, etc)
• Knowledge about indoor/Outdoor Furniture
• Knowledge about the intercultural design styles/tastes/trend
• Knowledge about marketing and renewed customer need
• Basic knowledge of software, incl. 3d max, VR, MD, PS, AE, AR, AU, ME, AI, ID etc. is a plus
• Ability to travel to China 3 months in a year
