Your mission:

• Responsibility for the timely and correct preparation of payslips for employees in various employment relationships,
• Maintenance and administration of HR master data and transaction data in the relevant HR systems,
• Active talent acquisition, talent management, multi-channel recruitment, and conducting qualified face-to-face interviews,
• Modern talent acquisition and active sourcing, ensuring positive candidate experiences,
• Communication with managers, employees, and external partners,
• Implementation and further development of HR processes and tools.

What you should bring:

• Completed studies or experience in human resources management, business administration, or similar,
• Good command of English language (both spoken and written),
• Professional experience in payroll accounting,
• Proficiency in HR processes and tools,
• Openness in communication with managers, employees, and external partners from Germany,
