Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: BS degree in relevant departments,
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in recruitment, performance, compensation,training, processes and other HR projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Expert: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
• Curious and Eager: Open to learning new things and enthusiastic about growth. Proficient in English.

Job Description:

• Managing the process of identifying recruitment needs and aligning them with business objectives,
• Attracting, evaluating, and onboarding the right talent to meet organizational goals,
• Identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization as part of the Talent Management process,
• Establishing an annual training plan and budget to support employees’ professional and personal development,
• Keeping all company policies and procedures updated and ensuring compliance,
• Leading and participating in HR projects,
• Preparing and analyzing periodic human resources reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
