We are looking for a skilled and innovative Coder with expertise in AI and cryptocurrency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving processes, developing automation solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and innovation.

- Process Evaluation and Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using automation and AI tools.
- Automation Development: Design, build, and deploy automation scripts or bots to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort across various teams.
- AI Implementation: Integrate AI solutions to enhance decision-making, data processing, and predictive analysis in line with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to understand specific needs and tailor automation solutions that align with their workflows.
- Tool and Technology Recommendations: Stay updated on the latest automation and AI tools; recommend new technologies that could benefit the organization.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain clear documentation of all automated processes and conduct training sessions to help team members understand and utilize new tools effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to meet KPIs.
- Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all automated processes adhere to security protocols and industry regulations, addressing any potential risks.
- Proven experience in coding with a focus on AI and cryptocurrency.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, data processing, and predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of security protocols and industry regulations related to automation and AI.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
- Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency development.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
