Product Designer

My client is a Fintech focused on building intuitive products that simplify how people manage their money. Their focus is on delivering seamless, user-friendly solutions that enhance financial experiences for individuals and businesses.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and data to uncover insights, solve problems, and develop innovative, user-friendly solutions with clear success criteria.
• Conceptualize new ideas and translate them into user journeys, interactive prototypes, and testable solutions.
• Adopt a user-centered design process, testing and iterating quickly based on real-world feedback.
• Partner with product managers to craft interview scripts, conduct testing sessions, and gain a deep understanding of user needs.
• Own your projects end-to-end, ensuring every detail—from initial sketches to high-fidelity designs—is thoughtfully executed.
• Collaborate with engineers to navigate technical constraints and ensure designs are implemented beautifully and efficiently.
• Continuously push boundaries by asking questions, learning, and maintaining a high standard for all design output.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record of shipping exceptional designs and delivering meaningful user experiences.
• Skilled in Figma and comfortable with prototyping tools like Framer, Protopie, or Principle.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work, with the ability to articulate your design decisions confidently and persuasively.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, and design heuristics.
• Familiarity with design systems like Apple HID and Google Material Design, along with UX best practices.
• Passionate about solving user pain points through thoughtful, elegant design and willing to conduct research and user testing to validate ideas.
• Adaptable and open to constructive feedback, with a strong drive to continuously improve.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment.
• Enthusiastic about design innovation and committed to staying current with the latest trends and tools in the industry.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai to contribute to a team that values collaboration and impact.
