  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) to enable self-serve insights across teams.
  • Work with data engineers on data modelling and orchestration pipelines using DBT and workflow tools like Airflow.
  • Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of analytics solutions over time.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis with commercial impact, able to influence business decisions.
  • Strong experience with DBT for data modelling and transformation.
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex analyses clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with fintech or startup environments.
  • Exposure to agile or cross-functional team working.
  • Experience deploying or maintaining analytics solutions in production, with version control (Git, Bitbucket).

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Join a small but growing mid-to-senior level team, helping shape how data drives commercial decisions.
  • High exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work on high-impact projects that directly influence revenue, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Competitive salary, equity plan, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday.
