Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer with a minimum 5+ years of experience. In this role you will:

• Design user interfaces from wireframes to final visual designs, ensuring usability and simplicity.
• Participate in defining the product roadmap by contributing insights from a user experience perspective.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Prototype and test UX designs to meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the UX of the product.
• Work closely with other designers to ensure alignment across all features.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design (preferably in product design).
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Proven experience in e-learning, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Living in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  
  
  

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to create and maintain design systems for scalable product design.
• Advanced Figma skills for designing and prototyping (must-have).
• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and highly functional.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
