Job Title: Senior Project Manager

(Healthcare Fit-Out)

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 AED per month

Location: Dubai

*Must have construction fit-out experience.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare fit-out projects within this exciting new division. This role involves managing projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient-focused design while staying within budget and timelines. Working closely with the company’s leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the healthcare division and establishing its presence in Dubai’s competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

General Project Delivery:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, facility administrators, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless project delivery process.
• Manage all aspects of the healthcare fit-out process, ensuring projects are delivered snag-free, on schedule, and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise contractors, site managers, and project teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, including feasibility studies, tender submissions, budget planning, and master programming.

Health & Safety:

• Establish and maintain exemplary site setups, ensuring strict adherence to UAE health and safety regulations and healthcare-specific safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager to address specialized needs in healthcare environments, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

Pre-Contract & Financial Management:

• Develop detailed pre-construction and construction programs tailored to healthcare projects, including cost planning and scheduling.
• Lead tendering processes and negotiate trade packages to secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining healthcare compliance standards.
• Manage project budgets, cash flows, valuations, and variations to achieve financial targets while maintaining the highest quality.

Administration & Compliance:

• Document client and subcontractor meetings to maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the completion of operational documents, warranties, certifications, and regulatory compliance specific to healthcare facilities.
• Address post-completion defects and facilitate the issuance of final certifications, ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Extensive experience managing fast-track fit-out projects, with expertise in healthcare or similar complex, regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and collaboration.
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific materials, technical services, and infection control standards.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and healthcare regulations.
