Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Overview: A well-established general contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role is based in Toronto, ON, and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the project management team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, or scope changes.
• Lead a dedicated project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with trades and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and resolve issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction Expertise: Proven experience managing ICI projects from initiation to completion.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing project teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
• Experience: At least 7 years in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
