IT Project manager Credit Risk

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Credit Project Manager with a background in finance and banking applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of credit, risk, and wealth management functions. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational abilities to manage end-to-end project delivery effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Prepare project estimates, track budgets, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage team tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and standards.
• Produce clear project documentation, including status reports and Steering Committee presentations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and support functions.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and ensure compliance with the bank’s project methodologies.
• Address user requirements and concerns, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years as a Project Manager in banking/finance applications.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with credit risk, wealth management, financial instruments (loans, derivatives, ratings, etc.), and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Competencies: Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good to Have: Knowledge of trading, front office, back office, or private banking activities is an advantage.
