Project Manager

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite.

Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets

·         Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants

·         Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip

·         Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes

·         Run and lead client & other required meetings

·         Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create report on this data

·         Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.

·         Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization

·         Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction

·         Track and ensure equipment are met as per the project schedule

·         Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project

·         Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments

·         Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties

10 years of previous experience in a similar role, within a Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is essential

• Data Centre experience is advantageous

• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills

• Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
