Octella is a telecommunications company specializing in developing and providing call center systems and services.

And we are Hiring "Python Tech lead"

✅ Your work duties?

• Analysis of third-party API services and refinement of our own.
• Implementation of stateless microservices.
• Development of internal libraries.
• Optimization of bottlenecks in the main product architecture.
• Manage future development team and take the role of CTO.

We expect the candidate to understand the current architecture, build the

development process, and influence the product.

The main task of the Tech Lead is to work on real-time high-load infrastructure (PBX call and number management, SIP telephony, sales, and service tools, reporting), support, and development of REST microservices.

✅ What do we expect from you?

• Solid experience of at least 5 years with Python, and React.
• Excellent experience with Linux and REST microservices.
• Experience or understanding of API operation.
• Excellent understanding of OOP.
• Experience with microservice architecture with high load.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with VoIP data migration, configuration, and Linux is a plus.
• Kubernetes administration is a plus.

Tech Stack: React, JS, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQL, PL/pgSQL, VoIP, Linux (SIP, RTP, RTCP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Grafana, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, ArgoCD.
