✅ Your work duties?

• Migrating a system from one server to a new one.
• Monitoring, configuring, and managing VoIP infrastructure.
• Monitoring the technical status of VoIP systems and networks, and
• troubleshooting issues.
• Timely identification and resolution of faults in VoIP system operations.
• Log and traffic analysis to identify the causes of operational disruptions.
• Collaborating with service providers to resolve external issues.
• Optimizing VoIP system configurations to improve communication
• quality and reduce costs.
• Configuring and updating VoIP hardware and software.

✅ What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of experience working with VoIP and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar systems.
• Experience with various VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, etc.).
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP systems.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS,
• DHCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Understanding of the fundamental principles of call center operations.
• Experience with server management, configuration, and data migration.
