The successful ERP Consultant & Data Analyst will split their time equally between optimising an ERP system (NetSuite) and providing actionable insights through data analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the systems support business needs while delivering data driven solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

(Working model depends on location, offices in Ireland and abroad - Flexibility to hire fully remote, this search will be talent led)

The Role

ERP (NetSuite) Consultancy

• Lead the administration, customisation, and optimisation of our NetSuite ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in workflows, integrations, and processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Support the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and configurations.

Data Analysis

• Use tools such as Power BI and MS Excel to analyse data and create insightful reports.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations that monitor key business metrics.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

The Person

• Proven experience with NetSuite, including administration and customisation.
• Strong skills in data analysis using Power BI and MS Excel.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
