Business Analyst (temporary for 2 years)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Data and Enterprise Performance Management unit under CIO function. If you have experience with performance management, project management, financial or business analysis and enjoy analyzing and evaluating data, defining solutions and communicating with a variety of stakeholders, you are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements related to data and enterprise performance management. Manage business requirements throughout their life cycle according to internal processes
• Create development roadmap, prioritize developments, follow-up pipeline
• Explain requirements to architect, developers, testers and other involved stakeholders
• Co-operate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of solution across all areas, compliance to operating and data model
• Arrange acceptance testing of new developments
• Prepare and implement stakeholder and communication plans. Support subject area owners in communication and trainings to the end users
• Lead or participate various corporate development projects
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken & written English
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or similar area
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work and search for solutions independently
• Project management capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) will be considered as advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Target oriented, self-driven and well-organized personality
