Product & Area Manager

We are excited to announce the launch of new automotive brands in the Baltics! As an importer, we are seeking a results-oriented Product & Area Manager to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will serve as the product expert, sharing your knowledge with the sales team to drive success across the region.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product information for dealerships, including detailed product specifications
• Conduct product introductions and training sessions for the sales team in the Baltics
• Create and implement effective product sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Develop product plans and roadmaps to guide future growth
• Calculate and establish pricing strategies for various products
• Monitor stock levels and manage orders to ensure optimal inventory
• Analyze the automotive market and competitors to maintain competitiveness and relevance
• Establish consistent coordination with the factory to ensure adherence to brand standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering results
• Passion for continuous learning and the willingness to attend training abroad
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively train and support the sales team across the Baltics
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and professional-level English; Russian language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptability and a drive to learn new concepts quickly
• A background or strong interest in the automotive industry is highly advantageous
