Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Seedify. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up and manage all the projects we incubate and launch, ensuring that they progress smoothly and all necessary tasks are completed on time. Additionally, knowledge of marketing is essential as the Project Manager will need to follow up on marketing topics related to the projects. Previous experience in web3 is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Develop and maintain a checklist of items that each project should follow, and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed according to the checklist
  • Create project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure that project objectives are met on time
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status, identify dependencies, and address any concerns or challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities
  • Follow up on marketing topics related to the projects, including coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking marketing deliverables, and ensuring that marketing objectives are met
  • Conduct regular project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and post-mortem meetings, to track progress, discuss issues, and make decisions
  • Document project requirements, decisions, and key milestones, and maintain organized project documentation for reference and audit purposes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in the web3 space, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized applications (dApps), is mandatory
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to coordinate marketing activities related to projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or equivalent platforms
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus
