We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chief Business Analyst with extensive design experience to lead and deliver exceptional results on design projects by effectively collaborating with clients, designers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the client and the design team to accurately write, translate, and present business requirements
• Provide guidance to designers to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate workshops for ideation, co-creation, and refining design processes
• Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with product managers and stakeholders
• Challenge existing business processes and suggest improvements
• Identify and manage any dependencies that arise during the project lifecycle
• Implement white label approaches to align with business strategies
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to innovate and solve problems
• Ensure organizational structure and team capacity are aligned with project roadmaps
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
• Knowledge of PMO, Agile PM methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Background in requirement redaction including epics and user stories
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and empathetic approach towards team interactions
• Expertise in planning techniques including roadmap development and team capacity management
• Skills in design systems and workshop facilitation
• Competency in design thinking and the ability to apply a white label approach

• Advanced proficiency in Agile PM at scale
• Enhanced skills in ideation and co-creation workshop facilitation
