Job Description


What You'll Do:

In this analytical role, you will be a strategic business partner to Sales ops, Sales Finance, and HR by providing specialized knowledge of sales incentives and incentive-based programs. Provide business analysis and commentary on plan performance to senior leaders to support decisions affecting sales compensation. Identify and drive process improvements across multiple organizations to support process efficiencies, sales compensation decisions and strategies. This role is also a focal point for region leads of the supported organizations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1+ year related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experienced in MS Project, PowerPoint and Word. Strong Excel skills a must.
  • Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional and/or personal endeavors. Extreme attention to detail.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manages E2E commissions related needs and “Health” for geo – goal sheet, comm inquiry status, push and pull analytical support; driving topics of interest to segment, continuous improvement, feeds into TiC, Deliver Field Training, L3 support for cases (< 5% case volume)
  • Work with Sales Readiness geo team to support the composition of highly complex sales comp programs
  • Partner with the Sales ops and Finance leaders to expand reporting capabilities
  • Monitor actual versus expected performance of comp plans and provide commentary
  • Work with leaders to optimize the process and ensure best practices are utilized
  • Ensure compliance with approved contractual obligations.
  • Support implementation of approved programs
  • Monitor and comment on plan administration of manual programs
  • Analyze and provide commentary for leading indicators to support plan change decisions
  • Analyze and provide commentary on plan performance analysis.
  • Analyze and provide commentary on deal/comp linkages and behaviors
  • Participate in compliance discussions
  • Drive process and policy improvements


Who You Are:

  • Fast learner who can adapt to complicated and fast changing environments
  • Previous exposures to Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, Business Intelligence a bonus
  • Fluent in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office suite products
