Role Overview:

We are seeking a PMO Specialist to support all aspects of reporting and planning, including tracking milestones and RAIDD items, preparing updates for key meetings and governance forums, and ensuring compliance with change framework standards.

Working closely with the Lead PMO, Programme Director, and Workstream PMs, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering a high-profile and demanding programme of work across the entire department.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 2 times per week)

Responsibilities:

The PMO Specialist will be responsible for most or all of the following:

• Tracking the status of project deliverables and milestones.
• Monitoring and coordinating risks and issues.
• Coordinating regular project and programme-level reporting.
• Supporting project governance arrangements.
• Managing the collection, collation, and processing of project information from stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditures.
• Assisting in the implementation of project standards across projects.
• Managing and updating project documentation, process documents, and information sources.
• Overseeing document version control, storage, and file management.
• Drafting and distributing project communications.
• Adhering to organizational project methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the responsibilities listed above.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination.
