The position is based in our charming, dog-friendly, brick-and-beam office space at Yonge & Dundas. We work 2-3 days a week in the office in a hybrid set-up.
Currently, PUSH is excited to add a key individual to its growing team! We are looking for an energetic, well-versed, and experienced self-starter to join as Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a central role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects across multiple client accounts, driving collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-project analysis. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scopes, setting clear goals, managing timelines, and ensuring that budgets are adhered to while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The perfect PUSH candidate can:
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Account Managers and Creative teams
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows to track progress and meet deadlines
- Ensure team resources are engaged in line with project requirements
Team Coordination
- Under Client Services, act as the liaison between internal teams (Creative, Media, Strategy) and external stakeholders
- Set kick-off meetings, regular check-ins, and status updates to ensure alignment across all parties
- Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks that may hinder progress
Client Management
- Address client feedback and ensure it is incorporated into deliverables effectively
- Ensure all projects meet client expectations and brand guidelines
Quality Assurance
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards before submission
- Conduct post-project analysis to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Budget & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and control project budgets to prevent overages
- Use project management tools to track metrics, report performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with finance to ensure project billing and cost allocations are accurate
Financial Oversight & Analysis
- Assist in the creation and management of client spend budgets, including tracking and reconciliation on an ongoing basis
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks related to project spending (e.g., vendor invoices, client billing)
- Collaborate with the finance department on forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Assist with the preparation of client specific financial reports that detail project costs, revenue recognition, and profitability
- Contribute to annual financial planning and ad hoc financial analyses
Experience:
- 5 years of project management experience, 2-3 years particularly in digital marketing and performance media across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social, video and e-commerce
- Proven track record in successfully managing and executing complex project
- Excellent quality assurance capabilities
- Strong reporting, analytical, and financial oversight skills
- Operational experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Exceptional client management skills
Expertise:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Hands on knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks (online)
- Proficient knowledge and utilization of excel
- Superior organization skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp critical thinking and tactical execution skills
- Proficient and habitual time management practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Certifications (a plus)
