What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Manage the hiring process in Greenhouse ATS - you will complete data double checks to ensure the correct information is making it to our HRIS system Workday
• Manage all initial steps of the onboarding process such as triggering background checks and sending the new hire shipping and equipment form, as well as managing the pre-boarding process by running weekly reports of upcoming candidate cohorts and reconciling the data for our IT team and NHO team.
• Ensuring compliance in Greenhouse and Workday for critical items such as pay transparency. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Recruiters, HR, Finance, People Services, IT etc.
• Complete the Requisition Request and Creation Process within the set Service level agreement Field tickets within our service desk, Jira.
• Create an exceptional experience for all customers throughout the hiring process
• Work with our global recruiting teams to improve our hiring processes
• Participate in strategic projects across Recruiting Operations, such as tools implementation, audits, etc.
• Provide project coordination and partner with our project managers to implement new processes and programs within the recruiting organization
• Provide quality assurance to the entire recruiting process to ensure data accuracy within our ATS and HRIS Process offer rescinds and manage start date change requests.

What’s Required?

• You have experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, People Operations, or HRIS Analyst role
• You have experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems HRIS experience is a plus, Workday preferred
• You're a productivity specialist, you're motivated and focused You're extremely detail-oriented
• You're organized and can juggle multiple priorities You're adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
• You're passionate about candidate experience and delivering a great end-to-end recruiting process
• You're a team player

What Else Should You Know?

• Rate: $27-$33 DOE
• Contract until December 31st, 2025
• Hybrid in Tempe Arizona
