Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our team! This role will oversee onboarding and vendor coordination while managing a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and project delivery. The position requires strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Location: 100% Remote - must work PST hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Duration: 6-7 month contract

Rate: $37.00/HR W2 + Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process with internal teams and external vendors
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and vendors, ensuring clear and proactive communication
• Lead a team of four (including one direct report who supervises their own team)
• Maintain and report on SLAs, project timelines, and key milestones
• Drive organization, documentation, and risk/issue tracking across workstreams

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of project management experience (some leadership/people management preferred)
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills; strong written & verbal communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Bonus points for experience with Jira and/or vendor onboarding
