• Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or previous roles in UX/UI design.
• Passion for Design: Strong interest in creating engaging and effective user interfaces and experiences.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Creative Thinker: Excellent creative and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Effective communicator capable of collaborating in a remote team setting.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
