Business Analyst (Data & AI, Arabic Speaker)

Location: Doha, Qatar Onsite

English and Arabic Language Mandatory

Role Description: The Business Analyst (Data & AI) is an integral part of the team responsible for delivery of Data & analytics solutions, modern data platform and other data products. The position requires to have a deep understanding of BI/analytics solutions, data integration, data models, reporting, dashboarding, self-service BI, and data storytelling. You must have proven expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and will support the project team in defining features and functionalities, represent business stakeholders interest defining user stories, recommend use cases for a modern data platform, data warehouse and BI solution. Prepare specification documents, business requirement document and user stories. Make sure that the product built is valuable to the business, manage and prioritize backlog. Organize the sprint backlog, ensure user stories are ready for sprint planning, and validates stories throughout a sprint to confirm requirements meet the Product Owners expectations. Must be comfortable to work in both waterfall or agile approach depending on specific project needs

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer Science, business analytics, or a related field.
  
  

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analyst role. Must Have:

Must have worked on at least three business intelligence, data warehousing or modern data platform projects.

• Strong understanding of business intelligence solutions, data warehousing, data storytelling and selfservice BI.
• Experience in requirements gathering and developing business requirement document.
• Experience with requirement analysis (interviewing, facilitation, gap analysis, data analysis, business process mapping, mock-ups).
• Superior writing skills with a high degree of producing concise, structured and very well written stories and/or business specification documents.
  
  

Must Have
