Project Manager

PFH Technology Group are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager

24-month Daily Rate contract

Responsibilities

• You are expected to manage all elements of the deployment of the project from initial scoping and planning stages to go-live and onwards, in accordance with the standards, tools and methodologies of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• You will be expected to report through the primary channels of the Programme senior management framework
• ICT Project Managers may be allocated to a portfolio of MedLIS aligned projects. This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract.

Relevant Experience

• A track record of 3+ years successfully managing the delivery of projects within an organisation.
• Experience of managing project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management along with other project management tools
• Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submission
• Knowledge and experience of applying project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum as a tool in planning, executing and monitoring projects.
• Displays sufficient leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including liaising with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects is maximised
• Demonstrate an understanding and experience of Agile & Iterative project methodology
• An ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Good ICT, presentation and report writing skills.
• Demonstrates and ability to manage the development and delivery of a project plan.
• Ability to work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.
• Demonstrates evidence of operational management skills including managing own work and that of others, delegating appropriately within the resources available.
• Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change and business process re-organisation skills.
• Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services.
• Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.
• Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with a demonstrable willingness to take on responsibility
