Who We are:
Welcome to the Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe. Our tribe serves our customers by infusing the power of traditional banking and emerging market technologies to deliver intuitive, embedded, and tailored offerings throughout their lives. This position is strategically located around customer journey solutions in the cards, accounts, and payments domains. The tribe meets our customers evolving needs by providing embedded offerings and services such as the Core Cards Platform, Digital wallets, Accounts & Payment solutions, and many other innovative services that go beyond traditional banking while promoting sustainable practices.
We are a team of enthusiastic and experienced professionals committed to delivering high-quality software development. Our work location is our wonderful office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Squad owns critical systems on various technology stacks and platforms, such as .NET C#, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure DevOps, and executing the migration of our services and workloads towards AWS.
Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Monthly salary range from 3480 EUR to 5220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Write high-quality .NET backend code and promote it to millions of users
- Be working at the forefront of modernizing services that are the lifeblood for everyday banking customer journeys
- Collaborate closely with architects, software engineers, UX designers, and business analysts
- Have access to ongoing training and the opportunity to expand your knowledge and expertise in critical areas
- You have significant hands-on experience of developing professional backend projects with C# .NET Core
- You have experience with software development, testing and debugging
- You hold a bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
- You have a passion for software development, can-do attitude & are a quick learner
- You have good communication skills and are prepared to work with cross-country squads
- You have experience with Agile Methodologies
- Upper- Intermediate English skills
