Role Summary

As the Business Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within Core HR. Reporting to the Head of Core HR, you’ll provide crucial support to the management team by streamlining processes, coordinating schedules, and driving efficiency. Your contributions will help us maintain high standards of service while enabling the team to focus on delivering impactful results.

Job Responsibilites


  • Plan and coordinate the Core HR schedule, including meetings and team events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Core HR to manage daily operations, prioritize competing tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and report progress on team projects and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with budget management, including processing invoices and handling procurement for the team.
  • Develop and maintain shared team resources, ensuring document and record management processes are up to date.
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
  • Lead and support projects and initiatives aligned with the Core HR program of work.


Who You Are


  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Administration, Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of Scania’s processes and systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
  • Independent decision-maker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excelling in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
