Creative Specialist / Conceptual Thinker
We are looking for a visionary Creative Specialist/Conceptual Thinker to lead our creative team and elevate our brand's visual identity. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Creative specialist/ conceptual thinker will play a pivotal role in shaping brand communication strategies and delivering high-impact creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to craft compelling communication pieces, from TVC manifestos and storyboards, Key visuals and other integrated components of 360 campaigns. Most importantly, the ability to execute first hand, given the dynamic nature of our work environment. This position requires a creative caliber who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires the team, and ensures all creative outputs align with our strategic goals.

In the first interview session you are kindly expected to SHARE SCREEN and present your portfolio clearly focusing on the following:
- TVC and KV work: with focused on the crafting side, from STB/ concept level to production brief and final assets.
- Conceptual thinking and understanding comms platforms: Present campaigns that were built around a strong concept and explain the strategy or problem-solving process behind the design/ visual interpretation – show touch points and integration.
- Advanced photo manipulation used for commercial purposes (i.e. NOT ARTISTIC WORK, ACTUAL WORK THAT WAS PUBLISHED) - Show examples of complex photo manipulation, retouching, or compositing work, projects that involve detailed layers, masking, blending, and color correction.
- Packaging design
- Logos and typography treatment examples in Arabic and English
- Brand identify – with clear focus on typography, color theory, guidelines development
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing and executing brand campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to translate strategic objectives into impactful creative concepts.
- Craft compelling TVC manifestos, storyboards, and campaign ideas, taking charge of projects when hands-on expertise is required.
- Design key visuals, out-of-home adaptations, and other assets when necessary to meet high-stakes deadlines or ensure design precision.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team, ensuring every output aligns with brand standards and creative excellence.
- Present creative ideas to stakeholders, clearly articulating the strategic rationale and visual direction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into the brand's visual language.
- Manage external creative partners, production teams, and freelancers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain a high standard of work across all projects, whether directing the team or rolling up your sleeves to design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 4 years in a senior position. (i.e. Art Director or similar positions)
- A versatile portfolio showcasing expertise in brand campaigns, including TVCs, storyboards, and key visuals.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to independently execute high-quality designs.
- Strong experience in managing brand identities and delivering cross-platform creative solutions.

Communication: Articulate and persuasive when presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.
Adaptability: Thrives under pressure, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
*Ability to elevate brand guidelines and visual language while bringing fresh and communication ideas and platforms that are on brand.
*Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
*Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
*Bilingual capability and typefaces expertise in both Arabic and English is a major plus.
*Basic knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a bonus
