Product Owner

• Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Huspy's mission


• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy


• Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance


• Working daily with Design and Engineering to deliver the roadmap


• Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)


• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products


• 1+ years of experience managing people (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)


• Outstanding written and oral communication skills


• An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices


• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation


• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners


• Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on


• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in Proptech


• STEM degree from a top university
