AI Lead Software Engineer

(Python, Java, C++, PostgreSQL, SQL, Go, Kotlin, Rust)

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in physics, business informatics, computer science or a related course of study in IT management

▪ C1 German fluency

▪ 5+ years of experience in SQL queries and the willingness to work hands-on

▪ 5+ years of experience in at least one cloud provider

▪ 5+ years of experience in modern programming language (Java, Rust, Go, C++, Python)

▪ Quality and sustainability: You will develop robust, scalable and efficient software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks,

▪ Reliability: Running data pipelines and AI services that our customers can rely on;

▪ System Integration: Collaborate and advise our customers on gathering requirements, designing, and integrating our AI solutions into their subsystems,

▪ Growth: You and your team will write clean, maintainable and well-documented code and work with our architects on optimized system architectures for our growth,

▪ Mentorship: You accompany your team members on their technical and personal development path,

▪ German customer support: You organize troubleshooting, troubleshooting and optimization of software performance for our customers, always with a smile, commitment and with absolute customer orientation,

▪ You will stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends independently.
