Javaee Software Engineer

Leading Swiss company is seeking an expert JavaEE developer with C1 German fluency

Requirements:

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Java Expertise: Proven experience with Java EE in large-scale corporate environments.
• Frontend & Backend Development: Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on full-stack development using Angular and Java EE.
• Agile Software Development: Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, with a track record of working in self-organizing teams.
• DevOps Culture: Hands-on experience with DevOps principles, including responsibility for the complete software lifecycle (development, deployment, and operations).
• Modern Development Practices: Proficiency in Clean Code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications and microservices.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, present ideas clearly, and collaborate across teams.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and apply a structured and conceptual approach to development tasks.
• Language: Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) is required

Responsibilities:
