Your ‘day To Day’

Join our team as a Field Training and Development Executive, where you will be a subject matter expert in the area of front liners’ training and organizational development that will enable organization in delivering expected business results. You will also:

• Analyze front line employees’ capabilities and initiate development projects to enhance their skills and performance.
• Design and execute field employees’ training.
• Implement unified global programs and tools within the assigned market.
• Ensure that training materials are up to date and correctly used by stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data of front liners’ performance and share insights on developmental areas.
• Closely work with agencies to ensure effective front liners’ management.
• Ensure required personnel documentation is up to date and in use.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other Baltic countries to support project implementations and localizations for Lithuanian market.
• Supervise business expenses, analyze budget usage and ensure cost-efficient budget utilization.
  
  

We Expect That You

• Have a university degree.
• Have experience in functional and/or sales training deployment (experience in retail and/or customer service would be an advantage).
• Possess project management skills with the ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Have a detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.

Salary range for this role is from 3750 Eur gross to 4460 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
