“Project Manager – Agile” (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager - Agile, you will take charge of driving the Agile upskilling initiative and overseeing large-scale IT projects. Your tasks will include:

• Organizing and managing Agile Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Facilitating user story planning and effort estimation using story points, fostering continuous collaboration with team members to identify and resolve impediments, and reporting progress to internal IPS unit colleagues.
• Managing and overseeing various streams and projects within the Governing Body portals portfolio
• Leading and coordinating business process analysis activities for the next-generation virtual workplace system
• Overseeing requirements analysis and implementation for the new backend solution
• Supporting the development of testing strategies for these activities, including functional and automated tests in collaboration with the development team
• Supervising and planning transversal technical integration activities and ensuring stakeholder reporting and steering committee management

Your profile:

• You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, ideally focusing on implementing large IT projects
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, coaching and developing staff, and achieving high client satisfaction during complex organizational transformations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and advantageously with Azure DevOps tooling
• Proven track record in managing Agile delivery projects within diverse IT application contexts
• Experience in managing projects involving the development and implementation of business processes, ensuring resource acquisition and utilization within agreed-upon parameters
• Background in management consulting or investment banking, with direct involvement in IT roles related to application delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based processes is beneficial.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory), any other language is an asset
