We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team and support the Retail Area Omni Meeting Points Manager in driving strategic and operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Work across diverse functions within the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with overarching business goals.
- Provide input to define the approach and direction for critical business topics, incorporating external insights to shape strategies effectively.
- Plan, facilitate, and lead co-creation sessions for relevant topics across various functions.
- Represent and drive the agenda of the Retail Area Omni Meeting Points Manager in relevant forums and contexts.
- Connect cross-functional topics to the organization’s strategic landscape and co-create potential routes forward.
Business Initiatives
- Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate on organizational development topics, including setting up new areas and benchmarking with global best practices.
- Define customer needs and segmentation.
- Develop regionalization strategies, focusing on clustering global markets effectively.
- Drive ecosystem thinking by defining the role, steering mechanisms, and performance measures for each touchpoint.
- Innovate with small formats and reimagine existing store concepts.
- Co-Driving/Driving Business Initiatives
- Lead omni-channel marketing efforts, integrating brand marketing, channel marketing, and touchpoint strategies to create a cohesive approach.
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to represent the totality of work across channels.
- Collaborate with communication teams to prepare content and decks for key stakeholder meetings.
- Drive and facilitate meetings on behalf of the Retail Area Omni Meeting Points Manager.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and manage key deliverables.
- Review, challenge, and support business case assumptions and prioritization efforts.
Retail Area Omni Meeting Points Development
- Enhance and innovate how customers meet, connect, and interact across all channels.
- Drive conversion and profitability by activating the Growth Plan across multiple touchpoints.
- Deliver a seamless and frictionless customer experience to create more happy customers.
- Improve and optimize existing channels for enhanced customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic consulting, business development, or a similar senior management role.
- Expertise in organizational development, customer segmentation, and regionalization strategies.
- Strong understanding of ecosystem thinking and the role of touchpoints within omni-channel frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in omni-channel marketing, including brand and channel marketing integration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in managing and delivering high-impact projects across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel for business engagements in Sweden, the Netherlands, and other international markets.
