Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Product Designer to shape the design and user experience of an internal tool. In this role, you will engage in user research, conduct usability tests, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive design excellence. Your ability to work with remote teams, document design processes meticulously, and advocate for well-informed design decisions will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the product owner, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• Define, prototype, design, and iterate on product features, from micro-interactions to an end-to-end visual language.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and define problems.
• Collaborate with engineers to balance design vision with technical feasibility.
• Ensure clarity in documentation and maintain effective communication with remote teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a product designer.

• Strong sense of clean and intuitive visual design.
• Experience in e-commerce product design.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive design vision.
• Fluency in Swedish is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
