**Job Title:** Specialist - Cloud and Infrastructure Management

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure Cloud infrastructure. This role requires excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and drive successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and support Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.

- Lead cloud migration projects using tools like BitTitan, Binary Tree, and Azure Migrate.

- Administer Azure Virtual Desktop solutions and deploy cloud resources.

- Develop and implement conditional access policies and manage Group Policy Objects.

- Automate processes with PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency and reliability.

- Provide comprehensive pre-migration and post-migration support, including user and group synchronization.

- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications:**

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, and related certifications.

- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.

- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server environments and cloud computing solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

- Proficiency in end-user support for desktop, Android, and iOS platforms.
