Location: Fullerton, ONSITE

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience in an administrative or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
