Project Manager (f/m/div)

Would you like to be part of the development of state-of-the-art automotive technologies? Do you have an interest in Automotive systems and used to work with embedded solutions? Infineon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager with experience in software or firmware development to join our team in Lviv and work on building the next generation of microcontroller software and silicon.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing software projects that will shape the future of the automotive industry. You will lead a team of talented engineers and technical leads, coordinating their efforts to reach project targets and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Project planning and execution of Software for Automotive Microcontroller, including cost, quality, schedule and actively controlling project risks
• Structuring the project and coordinating technical leads to reach related targets
• Stakeholder management, and active and target-oriented communication with all relevant interfaces such as management, test, and partners
• Weekly status reporting
• Providing work guidance to your team
• Work with Software and Applications Engineers for the product validation closure
• Leading your colleagues during the development of the projects
  
  

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong organizational skills, create enthusiasm among team members, communicate confidently, actively listen and provide constructive feedback, and have an open-minded approach.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of engineering with at least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Experience with the overall system-level designs, including architecture, software, firmware, and hardware;
• Leadership, coordination, organization skills, and a proactive mindset to steer cross-functional and cross-organizational teams as well as external partners;
• Knowledge in Process improvement, LEAN and efficiency
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Pand olarion would be beneficial
• Knowledge of Automotive standards and Microcontroller is preferred
• Fluency in English
