Product Manager

For our client, a fintech company and expert in payment technologies providing comprehensive solutions for accepting, processing, and managing payments worldwide, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Card issuing)

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end product delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to launch virtual and physical cards, set custom limits, and support use cases such as employee benefits and ATM withdrawals. This is a hands-on position, driving initiatives from concept to delivery while ensuring scalability and alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management (Product Owner/Technical PM roles) within fintech or banking.
• Expertise in card issuing, regulatory compliance, and multi-region product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and product roadmaps.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Figma, and Agile methodologies.
• UX design experience and familiarity with Lean and Design Thinking principles.
• A proactive and adaptable leader with exceptional communication skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery for the Card Issuing Programme, driving initiatives independently.
• Align priorities with Engineering, Marketing, AML, Sales, and Banking teams.
• Launch card programs tailored to specific market needs and expand into new regions.
• Conduct market research and leverage data to set goals, track metrics, and optimize products.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Lead a dedicated team, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining organizational transparency.
