Freelance IT Project Manager

For a leading financial services organization I am searching for a freelance IT project manager to embark on a transformative journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align digital strategies with organizational objectives.
• Manage project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Profile

• Proven experience managing digital transformation projects within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar).
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
